To rent our luxury cars, the following requirements are mandatory and must be anticipated by e-mail in order to make reservations.

  • MINIMUM AGE OF 25 YEARS
  • PASSPORT OR IDENTITY CARD with residential address
  • DRIVER’S LICENSE earned for at least 3 years. It must always be shown shown with the original document and valid after the end of the rental period
  • IN EURO CASH (in compliance with the provisions of the law in force)
  • ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER: 50% upon booking the car as a deposit, the balance can be paid upon delivery of the vehicle.
  • CREDIT CARD N.B. Payment by credit card is subject to a surcharge of 3% and 5% for AMEX

Where required, the Client must pay the Lessor the amount of the security deposit in the manner indicated in the Rental Agreement.

By credit card which must belong to the holder of the rental contract or guarantor. Refundable or debit cards (eg Postpay, Bancomat etc.) are not accepted for the security deposit, but only traditional credit cards (numbers printed in relief). The security deposit can be made with pre-authorization (blocking of funds) 5 days before the start of the rental period by credit card or by bank transfer. But in this case it is necessary to do it at least 3 days before to have the credit on the current account. Unblocking with a credit card will be made after verifying that there are no extra km or damage to the vehicle. To facilitate the operation we require the delivery of the clean car.

  • Chek-in When you take the car we will check the status of the car together ensuring that there are no damages or minor scratches on the bodywork, we will check the data and commercial conditions provided by the rental agreement together and sign the contract (we will be available for any questions or information on the car and on driving it).
  • Chek-out – Upon the return of the car we will again check the status of the car together and that there are no damages. We will sign the contract together and verify the presence or absence of damages we will release the security deposit.

INSURANCE

All our rented luxury cars are regularly insured and depending on the model covered by the
following insurance policies

  • RCAuto (Third party insurance) which covers damage caused to third parties during the rental
  • KASCO (Collision damage waiver) which covers material damage caused to the rented car while driving on the road with the responsibility of the driver, unless it is caused by improper use of the machine (eg under the influence of drugs or alcohol or a person is driving not authorized in the rental contract,
  • FURTO & INCENDIO which insures against theft and fire of the vehicle
  • All policies have an overdraft and a variable deductible depending on the car model, always indicated in the contract.

For our cars there are 100 or 150 km per day, depending on the model, exceeding this threshold an amount will be charged for each extra km that is shown on the rental contract. If you consider the offered km insufficient it is convenient to buy extra km at a discounted price.

In the case of fines, they are notified to our agency and will be re-registered, where possible. There will be added 50 euro for each report.

In case of cancellation of the booking of the vehicle up to 7 days before the rental, the entire deposit will be retained, if communicated with less than 72 hours notice, or during the rental or refusal to deliver the customer will have to pay the full amount of the rental . If of course it is in our ability to move your rental we will do our best to accommodate you. N.B. We work with agencies and with a very demanding customers, so to reserve your car, we had to refuse other rentals.
